I am a stay-at-home Mom to my two children. I like to cook, and read, and garden. I have animals( goats, chickens,dogs,a token cat) and would like to own a horse in the future. By starting this journal I am trying to write about positive things in my life and to push myself to learn more as well. I love to cook, bake, and am learning more about canning adn preserving food every year. I can't sew worth a darn though..so lets not go there. I'm not crafty or artsy, but somedays I wish I was.usually when my child hands me a plain peice of paper and asks me to fold it into something interesting and I give the poor thing a blank stare and have to say "Momma has no idea how to do that !"

I am just a simple person, and I like simple things. I love to read, and I like to just sit outside on my swing and watch the world go by. I really like spending time with my loved ones, laughing and talking.
